Spotlight on solar research

Featuring Prof. Lianzhou Wang, University of Queensland

Lianzhou Wang is a Professor and ARC Future Fellow in the School of Chemical Engineering at the University of Queensland. With a PhD from Shanghai Institute of Ceramics, Chinese Academy of Sciences and postdoctoral research positions in Japan, he joined UQ in 2004.

Today, he is the Research Director of UQ’s Nanomaterials Centre and together with his team and PhD students who he supervises, he contributes to the CRCP’s Polymer Solar Cell research program. His research on polymer solar cell component materials, most notably Perovskite-based solar cells, was recently chosen to be highlighted on ChemistryViews.
